Blueprints of Hope

Capital Campaign
Blueprints of Hope

For over 28 years, La Esperanza Clinic has provided primary adult and pediatric medical, dental and behavioral healthcare to thousands of low-income individuals and families within San Angelo and surrounding communities. Our team of now 100+ employees and 22 providers are committed to ensuring everyone in the Concho Valley has access to quality, patient-centric healthcare regardless of their ability to pay. Each year, we conduct over 28,000 patient visits at our clinics at 1610 S. Chadbourne Street and 35 E. 31st Street and each month, we send our mobile clinic to over 13 locations, including Winters, Miles, Robert Lee, Ozona, Bronte, Grape Creek, Mertzon, Big Lake and Christoval, to serve and treat our community right where they are.

La Esperanza Clinic plays a critical role in the lives of some of the most vulnerable in the Concho Valley. We’re here so no one has to delay medical care due to fear of cost or lack of insurance. We’re here so no one has to end up in the emergency room for a preventable or treatable condition. We’re here so no one has to choose between lifesaving healthcare visits or paying rent.

From Blueprints to Reality

There is a rapidly growing need for our services and we need your help to reach the approximate 80% of low-income persons in our 13 county area who remain medically underserved. To meet this critical need, we are thrilled to introduce that we are expanding to a new location. Upon completion, La Esperanza Clinic West located at 34 Buick Street will provide access to quality pediatric care, adult primary care and behavioral health services to an additional 5,000 people in need.

Be Part of Our Vision

The mission of La Esperanza Clinic is to provide quality primary and preventative health and dental care services to all people, particularly the medically under served of San Angelo and the Concho Valley.

Construction of La Esperanza West will enable us to expand our reach to an additional 5,000 people in our community who need quality healthcare and who may not otherwise have the financial ability to access it.

We invite you to be part of our mission and our vision in three ways.
