La Esperanza Clinic is looking for a Dental Assistant to work Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30-11:30am. Assists the dentist in providing professional and quality care to dental patients. Performs accurate dental charting and recording.

Call center agents are responsible for answering incoming calls from patients regarding scheduling of appointments, rescheduling appointments, answering customer questions, directing complaints to appropriate person, and providing basic information.

The primary function of the MA is to provide direct and indirect support to the clinician in the delivery of patient care. The MA prepares the exam room, chart, and patient to be seen by the practitioner and performs/implements orders for diagnostic tests. S/he accurately administers medications, including immunizations by all routes except IV. S/he routinely arranges outside referral appointments and provides patient education under the direction of the clinician when appropriate.

The Practice Manager is an integral part of the healthcare team. They provide direction, leadership, and healthcare administration of all aspects of clinical operations to ensure successful objectives. The Practice Manager directs and supervises the clinic operations, clinical providers, nursing staff, and registration services.
