A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is a care center that is community-based and patient-directed. FQHCs promote community health by providing healthcare services to EVERYONE and improving access to care for all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. These centers receive federal funding to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care to underserved areas or populations. FQHCs also offer a sliding fee scale based on income to ensure affordability for all patients.
La Esperanza Clinic provides equal access to quality healthcare to all persons, regardless of age, sex, color, ethnicity, national origin, or the ability to pay.
Anyone can be a patient of an FQHC! These health centers provide care for individuals of all ages, income levels, and insurance statuses. Whether you have private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or no insurance at all, you are welcome. FQHCs are dedicated to ensuring that everyone in the community has access to the care they need.If you have any questions regarding Night of Hope, please reach out to us at:

As San Angelo’s only Community Health Center, La Esperanza Clinic provides healthcare to thousands of people across the Concho Valley, including many who are uninsured, underinsured or living below the poverty line. For many of our patients, we are one of the few places they can turn for affordable care.

Through primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health and dental services, we provide preventive care, help patients manage chronic conditions and make sure cost doesn’t stand in the way of getting the care they need.
While we receive some federal funding, it does not cover the full cost of providing care. We rely on the support of businesses, organizations and individuals throughout West Texas to help us continue serving our community.

We would be honored to have you join us for our annual fundraiser, Night of Hope, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at the historic Cactus Hotel. This year, we’re changing things up! Instead of a traditional seated dinner, guests will enjoy heavy appetizers throughout the evening, casino games, an open bar and live music — all while going ALL IN for the health of our community.

Proceeds from Night of Hope directly support access to care for our patients. For many of the people we serve, barriers like the cost of an appointment, medication, transportation or necessary medical equipment can make getting healthcare difficult. Funds raised help remove those barriers so patients can see a provider, get the medications they need and continue receiving care when cost might otherwise stand in the way.

Below are this year’s sponsorship opportunities, including event benefits, recognition and ways for you and your business to get involved.

We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of income, insurance status or background. Thank you for considering going ALL IN with us and supporting better access to care throughout the Concho Valley.
Thank you to our sponsors...
